Approval & Funding
- Submit a completed loan application
- Deliver an opinion letter from the association attorney
- Provide evidence of insurance — General Liability and Property coverage.
- The lender requests to be listed as an additional insured on the GL policy
- The lender requests to be listed as a Lender’s Loss Payable on the Property policy
